We decided to provide Air Conditioning Energy Assessments / TM44’s because in our opinion it was, and still is, one of the most effective EPBD compliance instruments of them all. It is not just a “tick box” exercise. The required report really gives scope for zero and low cost operational efficiency improvements and significant energy cost saving opportunities to the user.

In 2018 we adopted the advanced report which we now offer as standard at no additional cost to the client. We consider this to be a precision document with many uses.

Michael Armstrong was one of the earliest individuals to qualify as a licensed TM44 Assessor gaining full membership of ABBE (Awards Body for the Built Environment) in June 2011.

From day one Armstrong Energy Consultants made the decision to concentrate on quality of service, reporting standards and advice for their clients. 

From 2012 they spent two years developing a network of highly qualified - similarly minded A/C engineer assessors, who they continue to work with. This means that they can get to you pretty much wherever you are within the UK.
